The Influence Of Using Kim’s Game Towards Students’ Vocabulary Mastery At Second Semester Of The Seventh Grade Of Smp Muhammadiyah 3 Bandar Lampung
This article explores the result of implementing GIST Strategy toward Senior High School students in comprehending reading text. The data was taken in one of Senior High School in Tuban from eleventh grader consisting thirty six students (15 males and 21 females). It was collected through observation and students’ achievement in reading text. The result showed that the implementation of GIST strategy help students in comprehending reading text well.
GIST strategy is a reading and writing strategy that helps students comprehend what they are reading and shows them how to record the information into an organized summary
